This is a good movie, but not a great movie. This is from 2005. It has a lot of big air in it - which doesn't interest me. But it often has multiple takes showing a rider crashing a few times before making a trick. There are some great crashes, not huge damage to the riders, but where you can see where he messed up a line and should have bailed. But he tried to hold it together. Unsuccessfully. We've all been there.
There's a nice section of Lenosky (sic) riding in Paris and New York with some nice tricks and some nice misses. You can see where he uses some of his usual style: bar spins, riding backwards.
There's a bunch of Red Bull Rampage -style riding, which doesn't interest me.
There's a lot of Whistler bike park, which is only a little interesting and there's plenty of North Shore, which I really like.
I'd watch this again.
It was a Netflix rental. I think it's new to Netflix. Which is great, since I've seen their entire catalog of mtn bike movies.
