This is almost entirely a movie about gravity racing - World Cup downhill and 4-cross. The exception is a entertaining chapter of street/trials riding.
Skipping that one chapter for the moment, the rest of the movie is pretty straight-forward. If you want to watch racing, this is the right movie. If not, then it's probably not going to entertain you. I was watching it on the trainer, and it's not really a movie for interval workouts.
Like the other movies in this series, the riding sections are spliced together with short rider interviews or candid video. There's not much insight to gain from these, the riders aren't caught in thoughtful moments. They're more like caught in the heat of battle.
I did like the one comment Steve Peat made about riding with broken knuckles: "I'm basically just a passenger on my bike out there." That's a clue about what riding should feel like.
